We operate our hunter services throughout the entire Mid-Atlantic Region as well as provide hunter management services virtually throughout North America.
Currently our hunter services are being provided at these locations below:
Dickerson Site 2-Montgomery County, MD
Hunter services have been provided here for over a decade to provide and maintain what began as an over abundance of whitetail deer, to now a healthy balance. The property is owned by the Montgomery County Maryland Department of Environmental Protection and is leased to farmers who have crops on over 500 acres of property. The overall property is just under 900 acres and since 2010 hunters have removed 593 deer on this property. Our first year on the property we harvested over 130 deer and today our annual goal and average is 45 per season. Our focus is does. Hunters can take a 3.5 year old buck that scores over 130” after a required number of hours hunted, number of does harvested per hunter and years apart of the program. This is our most successful and longest managed property to date.
North Branch Stream Valley Unit 4-montgomery county, md
A Montgomery County Park that has an abundance of whitetail deer. This property used to be managed through a Coop program (sniper) however, with the cost of the sniper shooting and the productivity of our archery program, the County has moved this property into the archery only program. This property we started managing in 2018 and will continue to for the 2019-2020 season. Deer harvested on this property do not count towards our hunters’ overall hunting license and operate under a special permit giving our hunters additional room to provide services on other properties as well.
Spring Ridge conservancy-frederick, md
This property is an HOA and has seen an abundance of deer since its’ development. We have been managing this property since 2017 and have removed through archery only over 25 does. The community love our presence and we work with neighbors to target specific areas within the property. Over 600 acres and several deer roam the community causing accidents, eating home owners shrubbery, flowers and gardens and have become quite an inconvenience to most. Observation logs show this property holding over 80 deer. Our goal is to reduce this number to a healthy balance for all wildlife and homeowners alike.
DAVID SCOTT’S PRIVATE FARM-MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD
David Scott is a local farmer who not only leases hundreds of acres from other properties, but he also owns 300 acres of farmland himself. Our hunters not only call his farm home, but we use David’s property as our ground zero. Many of strategies, tactics and growing success began from this particular property. This property is proof that more hunters doesn’t necessarily mean better success. Strategy will always surpass inexperience and we have proven that with this property. David also leases a farm on Dickerson Site 2 and we have an excellent working relationship with him.
